Tumbleweed RV Apache Junction Reviews
Debbie and Dan were the true managers and heart of this park, creating an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere.Since it has been under new management. The park feels empty and distant. The manager doesn't live onsite full time, limiting the security and oversight of the parks' comings and goings of strange people. When it was originally conceived, it was supposedly to have a gated entrance and laundry facility. I pay as much for a park that has that, plus full-time security and a pool. The only reason I am here is due to extensive travel and little time to move on. I rely on my neighbors for security and Google cloud services for alarms and surveillance. For the price, the ignorant manager on a power trip, and lack of promised amenities. Please consider alternatives until these shortcomings are rectified without an increase in lot fees. Should be receiving rebates, not increases for services promised and not rendered. Bring back managers that care about where they live and are approachable and pleasant to deal with.
May 03, 2025 · Ben MikelManger Donna is very nice & helpful. Small under 30 rv lots BUT ITS BIG ON QUIET & CLEAN❣️👍🏻which is so nice for retirees😁Long or short stay available. NO AMENITIES like pool, clubhouse or laundry room but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR A QUIET NO FRILLS RV stay, Close to trails & attractions; in-town but so quiet you think you’re not😁
May 13, 2025 · DENICE LAIGHT (BluePhoenyx)We stayed at Tumbleweed RV Park for 5 months and had a great experience! The managers are kind and create a welcoming environment. The park is small and has few amenities, but compared to other parks in the area, it’s very affordable. There were a number of travel nurses and other traveling professionals staying there. We loved how dog friendly they were. They did not have any age limit either. A lot of the RV parks in the area are 55+ but not Tumbleweed.we would definitely try to stay here again if we are back in the Mesa area.
Jul 04, 2023 · Alex TuttsTumbleweed RV park is incredible! Although there are not many amenities yet, Dan and Debbie, the managers, make this park feel like home! Very clean and well maintained. We had a three month stay here and never had any issues. We felt safe and enjoyed our time here. Thank you for welcoming us to Tumbleweed! We will be back if we are ever in the area.
May 31, 2023 · timber brownWe stayed here in March and I’m late to get this posted. Our daughter is travel nursing and she and her family are staying here. They also love it! We used a camper from our nephew and stayed for 5 nights with our kids and grandkids all together for first time in months! Debbie and her husband are amazing people, kind, honest and genuine!!! I would highly recommend this place for short or longer term stays! A welcoming and clean park. Thank you for taking such good care of us!! Hope to see you again!
