The Reserves Reviews
I’ve rented and bought manufactured homes in other communities before but never experienced the care, support, upkeep, and due diligence as I have at The Reserves. Even when things don’t go right when they should, the Community Manager went out of his way to meet with me, talk through the issue, and make it right! I honestly can say in the 20+ years I’ve rented homes and dealt with landlords, I’ve never seen a better example of ethical compliance and true community care! There’s encouraged community engagement, well kept properties, and a staff you can call on to help with whatever needs you’ve got with your home. Everything is backed by a view that isn’t power or corporate motivated but rather one of human compassion and community. I serve the community by trade as a psychologist and tend to see myself as a good judge of character but invite you to see for yourself! Wildlife all around and super amazing neighbors!
Aug 23, 2024 · Melani MoodThese 5 star reviews are laughable, truly. Especially the one that says the office is great with communication 😂 no really, I chuckled out loud. But they sure are quick to reply to their reviews on Google! To put simply, I don't feel safe here. Nothing is ever done about those who break the rules, nothing is done about the crime that happens here. Which has become rampant over the last few years. We pay an arm and a leg to live here and it just isn't worth it.And as for that other review that said they came back here after living here previously, DOUBT IT.Management, please don't make me laugh by replying with your generic "oh I'm so sorry we missed the mark! Please contact us at blah blah blah." What's the point? Y'all won't do anything about anything. Get off of your Google reviews and listen to the concerns of the people that live in YOUR PARK!!!

Feb 18, 2025 · Alyssa MooreMy first time living in a manufactured home community, has been in the reserves (Going on 4 years I believe) and it has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is always very helpful when I reach out to them, and keep me up to date with what is happening within the community via text/email. I Highly recommend them for renting, or owning, a home within the local area.
