I had many questions regarding why the particular home I was interested in was still available, and she was honest & upfront with the reasons, which I appreciated. Anne stopped over the day my mom moved in to check on things & when I see Anne she asks me every time how my mom is doing. The community has been great & my mom also has kind neighbors which makes my heart happy.

My monthly lot rent works for my budget and when I combine it with my mortgage, it's comparable to what I would be spending to live elsewhere. When I called, I talked with Anne and she assured me that they are so much more than what used to be called "trailers" I kept my appointment and went in thinking I was going to be walking out within 5 mins. 2 hours later I left with solid information and was able to view the homes and was in awe of how amazing they were. Anne was patient and answered all my questions. I even was able to meet some of the neighbors as well. If it wasn't for Anne's knowledge and passion for what she does, I would still be in the bidding wars out there. I move into my new home in 4 weeks and can't wait to be a part of this Community.
