Property manager never answers concerns. Have an ongoing issue with them for over a year regarding high electricity charges with NO explanation. Issue was escalated up to corporate and even then the property manager still does not answer the phone. Corporate gave no explanation for high electricity charges.
Jun 04, 2025 · Alejandra RodriguezI’ve been leaving for almost a year, and the rent keeps going up, the new manger isn’t any better then the last one and if you tell he you’re gonna be late on rent and he answers that he’s okay with it, he still sending you a weeks notice to pay or get out. If I had somewhere better to go I would. I would not recommend this trailer park to anyone!

I heard it went down hill for quite a few years but with the new ownership it looks a lot better. They really put in some work to make it much safer, cleaner and just all around very livable. My hats off to you all, job well done.
