Visited in 11/2024 and rented a cabin, and again in May 2025 and rented a riverfront RV siteNov 2024-Stayed in their tiny cabin, site 66 on the end. Very cute cabin, with a beautiful river view. The cabin has a bunk bed with 2 twins, and a futon that folds to a full-queen bed, with a table that can seat 4. Keruig, retro microwave and a mini fridge supplied. Very clean and they supply sheets, cups, silverware, and plates. Dog-friendly. Has an electric heater that works very well and the cabin has a few outlets around it. Outside light, inside lights, smart TV. Has key-less entry where they supply you a 4 digit code to enter.Be sure to greet the campground dog (Rulo), he's super friendly.Bathrooms were about a minute walk away to the middle part of the campground. It seems like out of the three cabins, there were only occupants in 2 of the 3 (including us) and 1 trailer; otherwise the rest of the campground was empty. Some changes we would suggest:-seems like the wifi doesn't reach the cabin (or at least it wasn't when we were there). Because of that we couldn't get the smart TV to work.-wish there was a curtain over the window where the futon is-I wish they would've had a pot or pan, as I forgot mine at home, but had my camping stove.-more paper towels- forgot to bring my own, and they had a small roll there-The bunk beds have 2 pillows each and a warm cozy comforter. The bed advertised as queen is more like a full-sized bed, and I think the sheets provided were actually twin sized, not queen because they hardly fit the corners. There were only 2 pillows for the queen bed, which sleeps people, and these pillows were tiny and were indoor/outdoor pillow decor style. The comforter was a thin blanket, so we used the twin comforters for more warmth. The futon is not comfortable at all to sleep on. We took the real pillows off the twin beds to use, and their pillowcases, but only 1 pillow case was provided for each twin bed, and no pillow cases for the queen sized bed. It was very confusing.-For the campground being empty, the bathrooms could've been a tad cleaner. However, I am still giving this campground a 5 star review, for their location on the Beaver Kill, and for the tiny cabin that suited our purpose perfectly.May 2025-Stayed in site 58 with our 17-foot drop RV. Has electric and water hook-up. Gorgeous site with a gravel/mini rock area. The picnic table was plastic and falling apart however. Steps down to the river right from our site, that I couldn't recommend it more. One thing I am really upset about though is we paid ~$35 for fire wood- and it was all wet. I had to drive to the gas station down the road to get dry dry dry wood, and lighter fluid just to get it to start, and we had two different types of fire starters. Wouldn't suggest buying it from them, unless they ensure you it dry. But keep our eyes open.Bathrooms still very clean and I will be coming back here, as they are so friendly. - Michele E
