Choosing WindBreak Mobile Home Park and RV Park is a choice rooted in prioritizing **value and quiet functionality** over luxury amenities, which is a powerful draw for a specific segment of California residents and travelers. It is worth choosing for three compelling reasons: **Supreme Affordability**, **Restorative Peace**, and **No-Hassle Utility**.
The **Supreme Affordability** is arguably the park’s strongest selling point. In a state known for its high cost of living, providing permanent mobile home residents with a low-cost lot lease and travelers with an inexpensive overnight rate—especially one that includes water and electricity—offers significant financial relief. This dedication to fair pricing makes it an invaluable resource for budget-conscious individuals and families establishing roots or simply passing through.
Second, the promise of **Restorative Peace** is consistently validated by those who have stayed. The park is described as "isolated" and "quiet," providing the essential break needed during a long journey or a peaceful environment for daily life. The breezes and shade trees enhance this natural tranquility, connecting residents with the rural Northern California environment and allowing for genuine relaxation away from the urban grid. This quiet atmosphere is priceless for those who cherish privacy and an escape from noise.
Finally, the **No-Hassle Utility** ensures that while the park is simple, it is perfectly functional. It provides the core necessities—water, electricity, laundry, and a dump station—all clearly managed. The straightforward, cash-only operation ensures low overhead is passed on as savings to the customer. For RVers, it offers an easy-in/easy-out experience, and for permanent residents, it provides all the essential services needed for comfortable manufactured home living in a respectful, community-focused setting. If you value a safe, clean, quiet, and highly affordable place to live or stop in Northern California, WindBreak is the practical and clear choice.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- It was exactly what I needed for a break during my trip from Arizona home to Alaska. Isolated, quiet, easy in and out. The breezes in the shade trees were wonderful.A couple things to note... They don't take credit cards, but there's an ATM within easy walking distance. They only have a few sites. They do not have sewer hookups, but they do have a dump station on the way out.Price was very reasonable.Views were pretty, birds plentiful, and interesting things to see in the trees. - It was ok, what do you expect for $25 a night. Two things tho#1. They don't take Cards, CASH ONLY.#2. Bring quarters for Laundry! May 25 · Troy Herrera
- This is not a friendly place and the manager is somewhat intimidating. On the plus side, there is a large laundry room, hookups and showers. Unfortunately, when the showers are locked, you are lucky if the manager feels like letting you in. Location is great but an attitude adjustment of the staff would be a definite improvement. - This was a horrible experience, but the only choice within almost 50 miles. Of the 3 washers that were working, the 2 double load front washers were disgusting at best. 1 smelled like total dog or cat urine the other had actual feces(animal pretty sure). The other patron there before me who was using the 1 dryer working, had the poor dryer so overloaded it's no wonder only 1 worked. I took bleach and totally cleaned the urine smelling washer, I did ask the lady before I began cleaning, if she knew if the washers worked well her reply was oh ya they all worked great. 🤮 so this was the 2ND time here and I saw that the trash was full not changed since my first time there. I'm not putting the owner of the facility down at all! It's the people who miss use public facilities like this that ruin it for everyone.although some maintence wouldn't hurt either. - Randomly stayed here while bike touring in tents, so in all fairness not in RVs like most people. Very noisy since 395 was right there and the bathroom was extremely, extremely dirty. Don't know if the shower worked, didn't want to be in there longer than I had to be. June 11 · Jesse Cloninger
