Jul 03, 2018 · Joey CoulterDO NOT STAY HERE - first; I saw the owner physical assault another resident - second; on my fourth day he wanted me to fill out paperwork and told me I had to leave the next morning if I did not give him everything he wanted (a copy, not see, of my DL & full SS #) - third; he got aggressive with me during the process - fourth; everyday someone was yelling about something - fifth; the dogs parked at everything (they just need some attention) - I paid for a month and left after a week (loosing my money) because I did not feel safe, it was loud, there is no laundromat in the whole town, I keep waiting for someone to steal something and none of the other l long term residents were friendly at all oh and it is a bit of a pain to get in and out of ....... not even sure if it is a licensed business.
