May 21, 2025 · Trena EidenI would like to thank everyone for all your help while I was living there. To say that the lots are good size I have a 40 ft fifth wheel and plenty of room. Lots of trees for shade. Tom does a great job keeping the park clean and helping with RV questions if he can. They are in the process of making more improvements.
Jun 02, 2025 · Terri LincolnBeen here for 4 years now.Has everything you need for a long stay.Good neighborhood, rarely any problems, and the management solves them reasonably and quickly if they do occur.Online payment is nice, and the park has good access to the area.Large RV’s use the second entrance, the first has a telephone pole that will get you.Lots of long term tenants here.Price isn’t bad for the area.Good cell signal, Mediacom service available at each site, some ATT service available, and the park has free Fiber optic WIFI service.WIFI signal is pretty good.Only real issue is the trees are old, and sometimes dead limbs fall off them, never seen a branch fall off, but the smaller stuff comes down in the storms sometimes.I’m sure they will trim the trees again at some point, the old owners had it done about 2 years ago.Coin laundry sometimes robs you, but that’s every coin machine. They quickly reimburse you once notified of the issue.Don’t recommend letting your cats outside, there are some predators, and cat diseases in the area, but that’s outside the owners control. All in all I would recommend for a stay in the area
Jun 26, 2025 · Josh LWe were in Milton for a graduation and stayed two nights at Wandering Oaks. Loved the big beautiful oak trees and the shade. Our site was easy to get in and out of and very comfortable. Power was very good and Wi-Fi and cell service were strong. Serena and Brandon were so friendly and helpful. Only about 30 minutes to the beach too! We will definitely be back when we are in the area.
