Victorian RV Park Introduce
For RV enthusiasts, long-term residents, and visitors attending major events in Northern Nevada, the Victorian RV Park in Sparks offers a highly convenient and full-service base of operations. Located at 205 Nichols Blvd, this established park is a dedicated RV camping facility that combines essential onsite services with an enviable location. It provides a practical, full-hookup option for travelers and residents, positioning them perfectly to enjoy the best of the Reno-Sparks area. It is particularly known for catering to guests with long-term stay needs, providing a more permanent, stable environment than many transient campgrounds.
The atmosphere at Victorian RV Park is primarily focused on function and accessibility, ensuring that big rigs and standard RVs alike have the necessary full hookups and space. While reviews indicate that sites can be tight for some of the largest units, the park is generally clean, well-maintained, and designed to meet the fundamental needs of the RV lifestyle. A significant factor in the park's appeal is its family-owned and operated structure, which aims to create a welcoming, community feel for its guests. The park is an accessible retreat in the heart of the area, welcoming both long-term and nightly guests, though it often operates with a focus on extended stays.
It is important for prospective guests to note that, as with any high-occupancy facility, management visibility and amenity access can fluctuate. Some long-term residents have noted inconsistencies with office accessibility for services like mail pickup, payment, or quarters for the laundry room, as well as intermittent Wi-Fi functionality. Additionally, community living sometimes presents challenges, such as the occasional issue in the communal laundry area. However, the core offering—a full-service RV site in a prime urban location—remains a powerful draw for those who value proximity over resort-style amenities. The essential services are provided, and the commitment to a clean and safe environment is part of the park's offering.
The Victorian RV Park boasts an exceptional location that is arguably its strongest selling point. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- The park is ok. Very tight and limited space though. My biggest complaint is nobody is ever in the office. If you need to get your mail, pay rent, get quarters or need anything from the very limited convenience store you are sad out of luck. Mail is important and people need it in a timely fashion but they don't seem to care. Also don't count on wifi, It doesn't work! For long term it is considerably over priced. May 09 · Marty Calonge
- Some tenants have removed clothes from dryer in laundry room before time expires just to hop on by adding coins. All so they dont have to pay for a full cycle. Quality people here. July 02 · JASON ZUBIATE
- I have been staying here since February of 2022. Most of the residents are long-term residents, so there is an atmosphere of community. It is not in a great area, and anyone can walk or drive in at any time, and the security cameras are not able to capture plate numbers or useful identification for anyone coming or going. I recently had a car slam into my rv and they sped off before I could get their plate or see the car well. Even mediocre security cameras should be able to record the car and plate number. I am not concerned about security from the other residents, but given the neighborhood there is too much of a security risk from people that are not residents for me to recommend this park. Ownership is well aware of this problem and it could be (and have been) easily corrected with upgraded security cameras. Numerous residents have had bike thefts (including myself) and the thieves just walk right out without anyone being able to ID them due to the limitations of the cameras. July 22 · Bradley O'Connell
- I stayed here in 2017 for 5 months. It was clean, and the bathrooms have showers. Use your key fob to access them after hour's. They also had a small dog park with tools to pick up after your dogs. The staff was helpful and polite. They also have a small convenience store that sells single serve cans of pop, ice cream, and candy they even sell some items for rv. Very useful when you find yourself in a pinch October 29 · Amber Burton
- We called and left 5 msgs over three days, no response! When my wife finally got to speak to someone they tried to charge $98 for a full hookup BACK-IN!!! Went elsewhere!! September 12 · Greg Mc Mahon
