Vancouver RV Park Introduce
Welcome to Vancouver RV Park, a well-established and centrally located destination for RV travelers, campers, and those seeking an extended-stay community in the Vancouver, Washington area. Situated as a convenient home base, this RV park serves as an excellent launchpad for exploring the natural beauty, historical sites, and vibrant city life of the Pacific Northwest.
Operating as a professional RV park and campground, Vancouver RV Park aims to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests, whether you are passing through on a road trip or settling in for a longer period. The park's management is dedicated to offering a community atmosphere while ensuring all essential amenities are maintained to a high standard.
It is important for prospective guests to note that, as a professional establishment, policies are in place to ensure the comfort and security of all residents. The park offers various site types to accommodate different RV sizes and needs, demonstrating a commitment to serving a wide range of travelers. While experiences can vary, the goal is always to provide reliable service and a welcoming place to stay in the Vancouver region of Washington.
The park is situated at 7603 NE 13th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98665, USA, providing an excellent location for ease of travel. A significant advantage for RVers is the remarkably easy access to major interstate highways. You'll find simple and quick connections on and off both I-5 and I-205, which are Washington's primary north-south and inner-city bypass routes, respectively. This strategic placement makes the park highly desirable for travelers who prioritize minimal detours and maximum convenience for continuing their journey or commuting to local attractions.
This central location places guests close to the best of both worlds—the local Vancouver community and the major metropolitan hub of Portland, Oregon. Downtown Vancouver and the scenic Vancouver Lake are just a short drive away, typically around 7 to 10 minutes. Furthermore, the vibrant cultural and culinary scene of Portland is also very accessible, making it an easy day trip for shopping, dining, and entertainment without the hassle of staying in the immediate city center.
The park is committed to accessibility, featuring a Wheelchair accessible entrance and a Wheelchair accessible parking lot to accommodate all guests and visitors. On-site parking is provided for convenience.
Vancouver RV Park provides a comprehensive range of utility hookups and facilities designed to make your stay as seamless as possible:
- RV Full Hookups: All sites are equipped with full hookups, including RV electric hookup (with 50-amp service available on some sites), RV water hookup, and RV sewer hookup.
 - Laundry Facilities: On-site, modern laundry facilities are available to all guests, providing the convenience of handling your clothes washing without leaving the park.
 - Restrooms and Showers: Regularly cleaned bathroom facilities and complimentary hot showers are provided for guest use.
 - Complimentary Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi access is typically available, often focused on common areas like the recreation room and front office, helping guests stay connected.
 - Payments: The park accepts various payment methods for the camping fee, including Credit cards and Debit cards.

Beyond the essential services, Vancouver RV Park includes several features that enhance the guest experience and provide a sense of community:
- Recreation Room: A community clubhouse or recreation room is available, providing a welcoming space for relaxation and socializing. This area often includes amenities like a full kitchen, complimentary coffee, comfortable seating, community games, puzzles, a fireplace, and a television.
 - Site Variety: The park offers a mix of RV camping sites, including long pull-through sites (up to 52 feet in length) and shorter back-in sites (ranging from 27 to 32 feet), ensuring there is an option suitable for different RV sizes and traveler preferences. Some sites even offer privacy bushes.
 - Pet-Friendly Policy: Dogs are allowed, and designated pet areas are provided, recognizing that many travelers journey with their four-legged companions.
 - Gated Community: As a commitment to guest safety and security, the RV park operates as a gated community, which can provide an added layer of peace of mind for both short-term and extended-stay residents.
 - Central Access to Local Attractions: Guests are minutes away from numerous Pacific Northwest attractions, including the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, Vancouver Lake, and the scenic Columbia River Gorge. Shopping, leisure, and dining options are easily accessible nearby.

Choosing Vancouver RV Park offers a compelling combination of practical convenience and location advantages that make it an appealing option for your Washington state RV stay. For anyone traveling through or planning an extended visit to the Vancouver/Portland metropolitan area, the park’s primary value lies in its unsurpassed accessibility. The location just off I-5 and I-205 is a significant time-saver, reducing travel stress and allowing for more time enjoying the region. This is particularly valuable for cross-country travelers or those needing quick access to Vancouver's amenities and employment centers.
The quality of the on-site amenities also makes it worth choosing. The availability of full hookups at every site, which is essential for modern RVing, combined with necessities like a dedicated laundry room and clean shower facilities, ensures a comfortable experience. The recreational hall, with its complimentary coffee and full kitchen, provides a communal, home-like space that goes beyond a basic parking lot setup. This focus on providing communal comforts elevates the park from a simple stopover point to a functional temporary residence.
Finally, the management's commitment to safety, evidenced by the gated community setting and on-site staff availability, addresses a core concern for many travelers. In an urban area, a secure, professionally managed environment is often prioritized over more remote, undeveloped campgrounds. While customer experiences, especially regarding things like the cancellation policy or handling of specific site issues, are factors to consider, the park's sustained operation and provision of essential, well-maintained facilities in a prime location solidifies its position as a practical and comfortable choice for RV travelers in Southwest Washington. It functions successfully as a secure and functional base for all your local explorations.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Poor customer service. I needed to cancel our reservation due to my husband being in the hospital. Not only could I never reach anyone, but their voicemail was full. They do have a 30 day cancellation policy, but I was hoping to talk to a person. I would have stayed there later, but now never again.
July 03 · Diane BrennanPull through site #69 sold to us for an overnight stay, fresh water hookup was below ground level and in a cesspool of disgusting filth with the hose bib, underwater. There's no way to connect to that water without getting an infection or worse. When we complained to the front desk when they open (10am), they dodged our request for a partial refund. Several calls later (from us, not them) it's still unresolved. The fact that the front desk missed an opportunity to correct a service problem of this kind should serve as a warning to any RVer to stay away.
June 11 · Kenny LagueMe and my ex-boyfriend lived here with our 42 foot toy hauler and although the area was not great surrounding the park since it is Hazel dell. Rueben , the Park manager was always outside doing work to make the place look better. Whether that was pressure washing, pulling weeds, picking up trash, just constant yardwork. He was very consistent. Whenever you needed him, he was there. Whenever there was a problem such as laundry, shutting down or even a main waterline shutting down Rueben had it dealt with within the next few days As well as giving notice of the work that was going to be done. There is tons and tons of super friendly people there that create a community together. I made lots of nice friends. It was a good community that Ruben and all of the other Rv Park people had made together.
March 12 · Angela ConradWe have been in this park for about 6 months now. The new management is really doing what it takes to get the park cleaned up. The husband who does all of the maintenance and yard work is so nice and made us feel welcome. The wife is very sweet and really stepped up as the office manager. Thank you! We will miss everyone.
April 02 · EmilyMae FobellWe had plans fall through and needed a spot for 3 nights day of. Called 5 places only 2 answered. One didn't have a space large enough for our trailer. Vancouver RV answered and was so helpful and sweet on the phone. I had a confirmation email before we even got back on the road. The location is easy access to the freeway and all amenities are provided. Full hookups, clean shower bathroom and laundry room. Ruben the on site manager came and checked on us as well. Overall amazing experience. Thank you for helping us on our day that could have gone so poorly.
