Unhitched has been nothing short of a wonderful trip. The sites are nice and clean. The pool is very nice and they have a game room, mini golf, and a park for the kids. The staff was super chill and accommodating. Lincoln was awesome! From the start he wanted to make sure we were happy with our spot and was able to add an extra night for us. I would highly recommend Unhitched to anyone looking to stay near Milton.

Don't expect them to honor 48 hour cancellation for a return trip. We stayed for one night having stayed many times when this park was a KOA. Had a reservation to come back through but our route was changed based on friends request. Unhitched told us must be 72 hours for refund. I read 48 hours on web site. Also park is not as nice as when it was a KOA Holiday. camper beware...

We made reservations for a family reunion at this park months in advance reserving a cabin and a RV site.They called a couple of days prior to our arrival date saying the cabin was not available so we scrambled to get another cabin at the sister park 5 miles down the road. Was ok but had to drive to see others in our party instead of walking to RV or cabin. The most negative thing was the last 2 days of our trip when people rented two cabins down the row we were on and played their music so loud we all had to listen to it all day long - when I went to the office I was told oh we know but we can’t do anything about it till 10:00 pm quiet time.Do not send out rules of the park with your reservations if you have no intent to enforce them.Campers beware 1 camper can ruin the entire park experience and management allowed it.

So much is in the works only 2 weeks after this company purchased from KOA. My wife and I were able to sit by the new fire pit and chat with the new GM and maintenance manager along with keith and Rex with their wives. Nice to hear all of the upgrades to come and the upgrades already completed. Will definitely look at coming back, knowing it's not owned by the previous group.
