Try to txt management to see what's going on but she NEVER answers her phone let alone a txt!!! We NEVER even get a heads up on when or how long water would be turned off either!!!😡😡😡😡😡

There are unleashed dogs everywhere with some being mean and aggressive. It is hard to drive the streets without hitting a dog or cat. I was told they made improvements and the new blacktop is not an improvement. You still can't drive most cars on its streets without scraping every time. Now they are shutting off the water for days on end. This is elder abuse and a fire hazard

But they have made a ton of improvements recently with new road pavement, better speed bumps (humps rather than the hard bumps) and they've moved in a lot of new homes. New owners too. Can't say much about their rates as I don't know them.Lots are $450 a month as of this month (Jan. 2023). Sounds reasonable. As for the homes themselves, don't know.
