This is a great, well-maintained mobile home park with plenty of ways for residents to foster community. Pot luck dinners with ice cream sundaes, a nice pool, and the neighborhood egrets, which the locals feed hot dogs! Really enjoy the people here. You can tell the residents take pride in their homes & Gardens. Each is unique! Near Honeymoon Island.

It is 55 and older and deed restricted. It is gated on one side. Really close to Lowes Walmart and Publix. It is just off 19 north but I didn't hear traffic noises. It seems like a very nice place to live.
Sep 19, 2021 · Flora OliverFilled with nosey busybodies. If you value your privacy, be aware. This was years ago, and guess what, nothing has changed. In fact, it's gotten worse. The HOA is a joke. All they care about is eating. The members line up for their free food like pigs at a trough. It's the Tarpon Glen Eating Club.
May 31, 2024 · Rich GrazianoThis place really sucks!! We were told that they raise rent at most 10$ annually, boy we found out the hard way NOT TRU, its gone up almost $200 in 4 years(mostly during pandemic!!) Maintenance sucks & he is a SNITCH to boot!! Very petty, & a Coward!! Stay far away!!!!
