★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Campers that need a dump station beware cause there is none. Grounds were clean and quiet. Bathroom shower good but toilets too small your face hits the door. Overall seems like the regulars love this place. I however will not return.
May 15 · Christina AriemmaThis is a campground- very nice sites, level, tall trees everywhere for shade. Nice showers, laundry, pay by card only for washer/dryers. Bathhouse 3 is nice individual restrooms/ shower. Nice camp store , very nice helpful staff
May 23 · Nelson MyersIf your camper has a bathroom, this is a great place to stay. We were able to easily explore the shops of Cape May and the free beaches of Wildwood. However, if you need to use a bathroom, I would not recommend. The toilets were constantly clogged. For 24 hours there was no hand soap. After I complained twice (several hours apart) there was soap but then no toilet paper in the one working toilet (my 3rd complaint) in the main bathhouse. Some people in our party started driving to Wawa to use the bathroom. We’ve stayed at many campgrounds. This is the first time I’ve ever not seen the bathrooms cleaned. I had higher expectations for camping at this price point. The staff was friendly. And the site accommodated our popup and 2 cars with plenty of room. The hot tub was a nice option on a chilly day.
May 26 · Colleen McDonnellWe stayed in one of the big tents. Even during a pretty wild thunderstorm, we were cozy and dry. Lots of amenities and quiet neighbors. We would love to return
June 11 · JohnWent during off peak...so pool was closed and the doors to the activity center were locked which was right next to the main office may have been since it was 3pm on a Saturday or because it was off peak. Sadly looks as tho this like many camping spots are going more towards seasonal sites (I understand because it comes down to money which is a unarguable fact). For those that still "turtle" it aka travel trailer/ 5th wheel etc we all don't like the parking lot feeling . It was nice that they have what looks to be security 24/7 and a number you can call if need to. That does however lead one to think "Why is that needed"... That aside they have a catch and release lake near by but be diligent if taking your kids there looks as though teenagers or the like think they can discard the box and used condoms around the lake. It is also nice that they accept pets, yet that being said the clean up doors are far and few between, lighting even if it were motion sensor activated with a low wattage bulb would be nice for the evening stroll or the late arrival unfamiliar with the cute 5.5 mph speed limit and multiple abrupt speed bumps along a maze of one way roads/ dead ends.... I will say this tho I would much rather stay here in my "Turtle" any day than in a motel or hotel.
