I’ve been in the complex it’s very beautiful on the quieter side we actually were parked at norms restaurant which is where we went into the wall that divides the property put my location as Southbay Estates actuality we were 20 feet from Norms front door but I have been in there it is pleasant and peaceful and nice.

They will not give your security deposit back or give you a statement showing how the deposit was used, as required by the law. Also, the apartments are not well-maintained and the managers we had did not keep the place clean. I would give then a zero star if I could.
