Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park and RV Introduce
Welcome to **Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park and RV**, a unique and established community located in the picturesque high-desert city of Susanville, California. Unlike many singular-focus parks, Sleepy Hollow combines the stability of a permanent mobile home community with the flexibility of a dedicated RV park, offering solutions for both long-term residents and travelers exploring the vast beauty of Lassen County. It is classified primarily as an **RV park**, but its dual structure serves a wide range of needs.
For residents who choose to call Sleepy Hollow home, the environment is described by tenants as peaceful and composed of "righteous, hard-working folk" who truly embody the spirit of looking out for one another. This deep-rooted neighborly ethos is one of the strongest features of the park, creating a supportive, tight-knit atmosphere that fosters community and mutual respect. The sentiment is that this community operates on the foundational American values of cooperation and treating neighbors accordingly.
The on-site management is highly praised by residents for its helpfulness and friendly service. Specific staff members, such as "Wonderful Lisa," are noted for going above and beyond to assist those who rent the homes, ensuring a warm and positive experience from the moment residents arrive. While the physical infrastructure, like any older park, may benefit from ongoing upkeep—including weed abatement and general renovation work—the human element and the collective character of its tenants are the true highlights that make Sleepy Hollow a distinctive and welcoming place to live or stay in Northern California.
Whether you are an explorer seeking a comfortable basecamp near the Sierras, or a California resident looking for an affordable and safe place to settle, Sleepy Hollow offers a practical solution within a community known for its heart and hospitality.

Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park and RV Reviews
Wonderful Lisa who rents the homes out is very helpful and super nice. The place is peaceful.
July 13 · AshleyIts a trailer park. It needs weed abatement, general upkeep and some renovation work. However, the tenants are righteous, hard working folk. The backbone of this country, in other words. And, they look out for one another. America could take a refresher course on how we as a nation came to be. By treating thy neighbor accordingly and working together for the good of the community.
August 14 · Bryan ClarkI am going to be gentle the mobile home park could really use some TLC it is quite dirty and the mobile homes are run down I think it would be smart to clean the whole park it could use a facelift. The renters along with the owners should get together and clean every yard wash every mobile home sweep up the streets maybe put some money into filling that big pothole at the entrance of the park.
December 02 · Jackie SolorzanoI have seen worse but not much, lack of ground maintenance. Owners don't seem to care about how it appears.
September 15 · Rebecca WilliamsIt looks like a third world country. Horrible place
