Lot rent for newcomers is $1200 a month with strict income requirements (3x the lot rent) credit and background checks. I looked at a few for sale and the insides were old and outdated. If you find the right manufactured home for sale, qualify with respect to income and are 55 or older it's certainly worth a look. - My mother was a resident for about 7 years at Sierra SOL. She was very happy there and had met a lot of wonderful people there including the Sierra SOL staff! My mom, Pauline, passed away unexpectedly about 6 weeks ago. Melanie and Mia and everyone at Sierra SOL extended their hand on many occasions to help us deal with this incredible loss. This past Saturday, we held my Mom's memorial service right there at the clubhouse. They offered the space so graciously, and we cannot thank them enough for their help during this difficult time.
