Kellyville itself is known for its community feel and is situated near significant attractions that appeal to both locals and travelers.
The park's location provides good accessibility for RVs, being within Kellyville, which typically means less congested roads compared to navigating a large city center. Kellyville is part of Creek County and is just a short drive from Sapulpa and Tulsa. It is important for potential visitors to be aware that some residents have noted an increase in traffic speed through the intersection near the park due to new residential housing being built next door. While this is a development-related consideration, it speaks to the park's evolving neighborhood and its direct connection to the local infrastructure. Despite this, the overall ease of access to both local Kellyville offerings and the broader Tulsa metropolitan area remains a key benefit of Shady Brooke RV Park's location. For those who value a balance between community living and urban access, this location can be quite appealing.

Shady Brooke RV Park Reviews
Beware of this place. It’s nice and some neighbors are friendly. Most stay to themselves if even at all to force a greeting. Dismissive Land Lord. Blocks and locks shower and Community facility upon his own discretion, no notices given upon when. Reasoning, being it is not his problem or is not a legal responsibility to be in ADA regulations for an RV park. They are building new residential housing next-door, and the amount of traffic that speed through that intersection is extremely unsafe and un patrolled. I would not stay here again I do not recommend
Aug 02, 2024 · GMoneybear ElatedLived in the Park 30 Years. Rised my Kids here. Anybody living here will tell you how much they love this park. Except people who get evicted from the park cause they dont like paying bills or following simple rules like no speeding or dogs must be on a leash. They go on to leave childish petty comments with fake profiles in the review section. Ignore these trolls and inspect the park for yourself. You wont find a better place to live in the area.
Oct 01, 2024 · Scott ManleyBeware of this place!! Owner and manager are dismissive and prejudice. The office bathrooms are locked. you have to ask permission every time you use them. It is up to the owner and the managers discretion if they let you in and at their time frame. photo of shower conditions in the bathrooms. Highly unsanitary for anybody, especially if you have kids. Kids And pets are frowned upon even though they are OK. You will be scrutinized. Owner and Manager Will watch the cameras constantly to the point where it feels like an invasion of privacy. Most of the neighbors will keep to themselves. If you’re not catching most of them arguing with each other. My experience at this place was horrendous
Aug 15, 2024 · Texas PThis place wasn't too bad. The management seemed very friendly from what my parents said (visited them there a few days). The only reasons for the three stars is it's miles away from anything and the area isn't the prettiest rv park ever. They were in the middle of construction (adding a lot more lots) though when we visited so that's the type of thing that would be fixed after construction is over so that will probably get better. The area did seem pretty safe.
