Our 2 bed, 2 bath unit had everything we needed. The community is peaceful, safe, and filled with friendly neighbors. We called this place home for 4 wonderful years before purchasing our own home in San Jose, and we still miss it dearly.The leasing office staff and maintenance team were always kind, responsive, and approachable — truly a pleasure to work with. The location is excellent, with essentials like grocery stores, bus stops, and walking trails all within walking distance. Was around $3100 for a 2BHK home.2. Security deposit was $2000 for a 2BHK home and they do not give it back . So consider your S.D as a rent you have paid in advance .My Experience:I kept the apartment in immaculate condition and got it professionally cleaned after I moved out in hope that I will get my $2000 of security deposits back once they will see the condition how well I have maintained it. My fault, as they charged me $1680 from security deposits and returned only $320 from S.D. (that is when I mentioned to them that I have paid already $300 -$400 to get it cleaned). All those pics attached, is of how was the condition of the apartment when I moved out.

They are acting as if they are part of the CALIFORNIA DMV. They aggressively search the trailer park streets and target vehicles that have an out of date sticker on the license plate, and they immediately call the tow truck driver and orders that vehicle to be towed away immediately. That is exactly how they towed my vehicle. This is PREDATORY TOWING, to say the least. It cost me EXACTLY $497.00 to get my truck out of their impound yard and it was only there for 2 hours. So BE AWARE OF THESE PREDATORY TOWERS towing every and any car they want. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. SHOCKS THE CONSCIENCE.....
