Rodeo Mobile Estates Reviews
Several parks. Ours is rent-controlled and our Park's power is solar and metered thru the park. I have found management to be reliable and supportive. They even did a great patch on the asphalt in front of our place ($1200 at least) 3 months before a total replacement of all driveways. They did this because of a water pooling hazard. They easily could have waited. Waterhouse management so they are always working on removing rent restrictions but they still maintain the park well. Our park is on 26th and Park's backyard opens to the Moran Park eucalyptus grove. The park on Rodeo Gulch is more cosmetically appealing and has a very strong and supportive community. The best choice for a mh owner is a co-op owned by park residents where increases are only for maintenance rather than profits. But Rodeo Gulch has been good to us.
