Rockvale Manufactured Home Community Reviews
No basketball hoop. Nothing for the kids to do. They get the cops called on them simply for walking at night. I hate that I have to pay a pet rent fee monthly. I can't have my dog outside unless I'm holding her. How inconvenient. Can't have a fence not a kennel not a dog house. Can't tie up outside. Who can do outdoor activities and let my dog get fresh air if we have to hold them. They need to put gravel in the carport. It's all dirt. Not easy keeping floors clean. My number one complaint is the pet rules.

Feb 06, 2025 · Elizabeth MoeI'm not sure if the residents are aware of city ordinances, but people need to stop acting like its a residential neighborhood, making noise complaints, when its pretty hard to be louder than 95 decibels (motorcycle exhaust) with just music. There's a difference between respect and privilege figure it out

May 13, 2025 · Mary Wentworthive lived here for a little over a year and i wouldn't recommend anyone buy a "home" here. the property manager Brenda Marshall was nice when where looking at trailers and told us they didn't enforce they're parking rule until after 10pm which was a lie because she has been stickering peoples windows with tow stickers in the middle of the day, and these stickers are not easy to get off my neighbor has had one on his car for 4 days now while the other neighbor who is constantly parked in front of my drive way(Brenda's friends) do not get any tow stickers. She will find anything and everything to harass you about including, making up park rules that contradict the lease while driving a golf cart which is stated as not allowed in the community in the lease. if you do already live here i recommend keeping record of "violations" and do not communicate over the phone keep everything in writing or video recorded.

Jun 17, 2024 · anthony rimnacYes keep records. They sent us a surveillance photo of my wife sitting outside with the dog on a leash tied to the chair she was sitting in….. Wow, really a surveillance photo. we did comply and purchased a shorter leash and she won’t tie it to her chair while she’s sitting in it anymore but the audacity of management to behave like this and treat us like criminals isn’t fair. I parked my truck on the street one time exactly where Brenda M. told me i could park. Okay they must have changed the rules and i missed the memo, BUT ! i only took my other vehicle to the gas station to air the tire and back maybe 15 minutes. i return to a yellow tow sticker it’s not DOT but regardless some person put it on as soon as i drove away the backed his car up into a lot missing a trailer because i saw him sitting there waiting watching hoping my van got towed. That was rediculous and i removed that sticker and put my van back by the way i was getting rid of my trusty old truck i simply didn’t need it anymore. I feel this was a malicious act by the person with the stickers who was encouraged to do so because i have no problem with anyone I dropped $55,000 cash to be in a nice community and live out my numbered days and i never expected to be treated this way, surveillance photo’s for a damn dog leash being connected to the chair? come on now you can do better. i suspect this may be Brenda’s over eager employee i’m not sure it’s just such a classless act it’s hard to believe she would do this. i tried to go to office and speak with her but someone wearing a Rockvale Shirt pulled in, went in and locked the door, ok not polite but let me check and i was 30 minutes early and chose not to return because he literally shut the door and it was locked, that was rude and i can do better. I just want to say that we are good tenants and keep things neat and respectful and we are both now disabled so everything is hard for us but we get it done and we mean no harm it’s my hope she figures this out and stops targeting us and if you’re not and treat everyone this way then the problem is not everyone. We just want to live in peace.Last time i spoke with Brenda she was pleasant but then appeared perplexed because an employee walked up behind her to exit the office and slammed the door so hard the wall moved that was almost an act of violence he just missed her right shoulder from my perspective then she shrugged her shoulders and looked bewildered. In her defense there are some older folks who reside here that say Brenda is nice and wants to be nice so what the problem is i don’t know but we would like to continue living here and there’s no doubt that we are educated financially secure decent people so management should treat us this way, you could have called those silly cover surveillance photo takers should stick to meth labs and not retired, disabled older married folk that will do anything to help someone. My wife is owed an apology Brenda.
