Pleasant Acres RV Park Introduce
For Arizonans navigating the diverse landscape of RV living, finding the right park often involves weighing various factors, from location and amenities to the crucial aspect of community management. Pleasant Acres RV Park, situated on the iconic W Apache Trail in Apache Junction, offers a compact setting that has garnered varied feedback from visitors and residents. This article aims to provide a balanced and informative overview of Pleasant Acres RV Park, detailing its location, potential services, and what prospective residents and visitors, especially those from Arizona, might expect, drawing directly from reported experiences.
RV parks in Arizona serve a wide range of needs, from seasonal snowbirds seeking a winter retreat to full-time RVers establishing a more permanent base. Pleasant Acres RV Park appears to cater to those looking for a "small park atmosphere," which often translates to a more intimate and potentially quieter living environment compared to larger resorts. The presence of veterans within the community, as noted in a review, suggests a welcoming environment for service members, adding a layer of community spirit that many Arizonans value.
One perspective highlights significant positive changes, stating, "Awesome park management Miss Dina & Chris are a strong team that have made tremendous change here for the better and grounds Thank - You both." This review points to a dedicated management team actively working to improve the park, which is a strong indicator of a commitment to resident satisfaction. The appreciation for these improvements, along with the generally "very quiet" atmosphere and friendly residents, paints a picture of a peaceful community where people tend to look out for each other. The mention of proximity to a VFW Post and local activities also suggests a community integrated with and supportive of local services and engagements.
However, another perspective offers a stark contrast, focusing on significant concerns regarding management and facility upkeep. This reviewer, speaking from the experience of friends residing at the park, asserts that "management is rude and have VERY STRICT guidelines." Furthermore, the condition of shared amenities like the "club house" is described as "poorly kept," with a "broken" TV, dull pool sticks, and missing darts. The communal bathrooms are also cited as being "poorly kept up," with cleanliness issues and malfunctioning lights. The most critical feedback revolves around negative interactions with management, where rudeness and a lack of understanding were reportedly experienced during an issue with facility access. This account emphasizes a need for clear communication and respectful resolution of issues from management, and highlights a potential disparity in perceived hospitality.
These contrasting reviews underscore the importance for prospective residents and visitors to perform thorough due diligence. While some find the management and atmosphere excellent and appreciate the quiet community, others have experienced significant dissatisfaction with perceived strictness and the condition of common areas and management interactions. For Arizonans considering Pleasant Acres RV Park, understanding these different facets is crucial for setting appropriate expectations and determining if the park's offerings and management style align with their personal needs and preferences for an RV living experience.

Jul 26, 2023 · John LapeI may have never PERSONALLY lived at such property but I do INFACT have friends whom do. Not only is management rude and have VERY STRICT guidelines, but their " club house " to " hang out and get your mail " is also poorly kept. T.v is broken. Pool sticks are dull and no darts for the dart board they do have up. Their residential bathrooms are poorly kept up also. Men's bathroom is always trashed and the last few times I went either the woman's bathroom light was out or it wasn't kept clean at all. From messages I've read from management to my friends about issues they have had management is rude and guidliness are super strict. So yes personally I rated this property at 1 star and personally would never dare to move here myself or suggest anyone to do the same 💁🏼♀️

The managers are excellent people and respond to all the needs immediately. There have been improved laundry facilities in the time that I have been here and they are top level. The tenants are very quiet and it's a great place to live and economical as well. I really appreciate all they do here highly recommend.
Apr 02, 2024 · Brian Craig KeithI'd just like to put a big kudos out to Dina, the park manager, for demonstrating the utmost elite service and professionalism by providing assistance to me on a private matter involving one of her recent tenants. Not only is Dina a huge asset to this park, but also to the entire Apache Junction community! Thanks for your help and your heroic actions.Forever Grateful,Sue Lyons
Jul 29, 2024 · Susan LyonsThis park was wonderful to stay at! It’s so hard to find parks that aren’t exclusively 55+. I was here for about 4 months with my family. The park is quiet, clean, and affordable. The laundry room is newly renovated. The landlords, Dina and her husband, are very nice people. I’m so happy we found this park.
