Lived in park view for two year just about. The office currently is wonderful very helpful and to the point to any issues or concerns. The maintenance man is very good at his job fast with requests and fixing issues. The rent is very well placed with reasonable prices and free wifi with the rent. Biggest downsides are the neighbors, nobody respects the rules music blaring through all hours of the night, dogs running around all over the place with no leashes. Random people always coming up knocking on your door. Recommend getting blink wifi connected cameras and a alarm system. Since the area is in the County and not in the city law enforcement is very limited on what they can do in certain things such as noise complaints. Place would be amazing if they enforced the community rules and if they ever could get gates for the entrances. Tons of foot traffic of random homeless people walking around. Would definitely be a game changer for at least a night security officer to help enforce night traffic and community rules or a gate at the front. Other then that great place to be at.

Raises rent all the time but never improves anything. Tries to change rules w/no notifications or new lease wrote up.

A very quiet calm neighborhood and a beautiful park across the street as well as a pool and small children’s park on the grounds! They worked with us having an emotional support animal and we’re extremely sweet and respectful through the whole process!
