Great manager and staff, pet friendly! And gated
May 12, 2025 · Jacqueline PMe and my family rented a space here recently and it was one of the best RV parks we have stayed at. Everything was brand new and looks as if was just built. The facilities and entire park were very clean. It's a gated facility, which is important to me and my family for safety reasons, yet you are still able to leave the park and there's a beautiful park right close by. Inside they have a dog park and laundry facilities, which was nice and there's the added convenience of free internet, water, sewage, trash disposal etc. And the staff were friendly and accommodating. (Even considering the fact that I somehow got the dates wrong and completely showed up a week in advance!) I would and definitely will be recommending this park to friends and family!

It's gated, family & animal friendly, and it is affordable. It appears that there is no age limit for RVs which is good if you have an older (uglier) trailer. The managers, Osyris & Isaiah are both very helpful and friendly. The downsides are that it's really tight getting in and out, there is room for one car per site. The electricity is billed separately from rent and it ISN'T billed based on how much you use, everyone pays the same dollar amount for electricity no matter how much you (don't) use. I liked it for the most part tho and would stay there again!

I am only posting because I would want to know this prior to booking since you have to give a non refundable deposit. This place was over crowed and there would have been no way to get in or out of it with a camper or RV. I started to drive into this location, but was worried about space in just my car. I'm giving one just because I would not have and did not book this location due to space alone.
