The core offering is high-quality RV camping on the Washington coast. Whether you are spending a few nights exploring the beach, attending the famous kite festivals, or staying for an extended period to enjoy the area’s fishing and clamming opportunities, Ocean Bay provides a full-service, secure, and accessible location for your rig. This commitment to quality and convenience makes it a highly recommended choice for your next Pacific Northwest RV journey.
Location and Accessibility
Ocean Bay Mobile & RV Park is strategically located at 2515 Bay Ave, Ocean Park, WA 98640, USA, placing it in the heart of Washington’s scenic Long Beach Peninsula. This area is famously known as the location of the longest continuous beach in the United States, offering miles of pristine coastline perfect for driving, walking, or beachcombing.
The park’s location is a significant advantage for guests due to its proximity to the area's main attractions and necessities:
- Beach Access: The Pacific Ocean beach is incredibly close, estimated at only about three-quarters of a mile (or a very manageable walk) from the park, allowing for easy, spontaneous trips to the coast.
- Local Commerce: The park is within simple walking distance (approximately a quarter-mile) of a good grocery store, as well as an "old fashioned hardware/grocery/you-name-it store," providing convenient access to all the essentials and local charm Ocean Park has to offer.
- Regional Exploration: Ocean Park is centrally positioned on the peninsula, making it an excellent base for exploring nearby state parks, including Leadbetter Point State Park and the historical Cape Disappointment State Park, which are known for their lighthouses and stunning natural beauty.

Getting to the park is simple, even for those with big stuff, as one reviewer mentioned, referencing a large toy hauler pulled by a heavy-duty truck. For incoming travelers, it is often recommended to bypass the busier Long Beach section by taking Sandridge Road north, which leads directly to the Bay Avenue turn-off.
Services Offered
The park is designed to offer a seamless and relaxing experience by providing a comprehensive range of amenities essential for comfortable RV travel. These services are delivered with the helpful and attentive management noted by many guests.
- Full Hookups and Power Options: The majority of the RV sites are full hookup, including connections for water, sewer, and electric. The park provides various power options, including standard 30 Amp and higher-capacity 50 Amp on select sites, accommodating a wide range of modern RVs.

Additionally, there is a fish/clam cleaning station, which is a highly practical amenity for visitors enjoying the local "shell fish heaven" opportunities.

- Pet-Friendly Policies: Ocean Bay is openly Dogs allowed and pet-friendly, welcoming well-behaved, leashed pets. This allows travelers to bring their furry companions along to enjoy the coastal walking trails and beach access.
- Site Types: The park offers a variety of site configurations to suit different needs, including large pull-through sites for ease of entry and exit, and standard back-in sites, many of which are situated on level, all-grass surfaces.
- Parking: For both RVs and accompanying vehicles, On-site parking is available. However, guests with extremely large heavy-duty tow trucks should check with management regarding available space for larger vehicle accommodations.
- Long-Term Stays: A significant portion of the sites is dedicated to extended stay guests, offering monthly rates and a stable community for those wishing to spend an entire season on the peninsula.

July 29 · Tina ScottJust spent a week here. Can't say enough about the hosts and the quality of the park. It's small but the sites are nice sized. All grass sites. Level. There's full timers but they are all on one side of the park. It's really! quiet. You are walking (1/4 mile) to a good grocery store. 3/4 mile to the beach. Great old fashion hardware/grocery/you-name-it store has everything down the street. And you're in the middle of shell fish heaven. We stay in a 36' toy hauler pulled by a Volvo Heavy Duty Truck. No issues with this park for big stuff. The only down-side is there's no laundry.
July 16 · Robert TrimLarry and Jean are just the lovliest and most accommodating hosts. The park is pristine, quiet and so handy to stores and the beach.
September 11 · Libby SOhhhhhhhh my goodness! Absolutely love this place. A hidden gem. This well loved RV park has it all; bathrooms, showers, indoor clam cleaning station, lounge room with cable TV.RV spaces have water, sewer, electric, cable. The owners are exceptionally good hosts; clam bake tomorrow night. I'll tell you, the positives of this park just go on and on. Highly recommend staying here, if you can manage to get a reservation.
October 27 · Rick AndersonAmazing customer service, management has been so kind & helpful! This place is affordable, in quiet location away from the busy city. Still close to the beach! Showers clean..only downside -no laundry! We were happy with our choice & would stay here again.
