Very nice and quiet place. I have visited many times because I have friends who lives there. It’s very clean and well kept. It’s definitely one of the nicer trailer parks In the area. I would definitely consider renting here, but unfortunately there was nothing available when I was looking for a place to rent.

People including delivery vehicles speed way to fast and it’s only a matter of time before a child or when someone’s walking their pet gets hit. I know the office tells everyone not to park in the road but it still seems to happen way to often sometimes I have to jokey mar car back and forth to get out of my driveway because the neighbors boyfriend across from me parks right in front of our driveway. The park is kept pretty clean and everyone that I have met is nice

Mr. Howard is a gentleman that really care for all residents. The maintenance team timely takes care of any issue they've called for. Love it here!

At the moment Mr Howard has been very helpful at all times and polite by all means. My personal experience has been pleasant at the moment. I ask a lot but they answer all my questions without getting frustrated with me. Lady works there believe name Nicole saw her while bringing in my paperwork to Mr Howard and had a nice attitude as I was with him discussing how soon can they work on my background check. Credit is not the issue it’s that you can afford place as well have no invictions or criminal history. Fee is decent lot rent is more what I’ve seen but it’s worth it. Went different times área is quiet people are polite. I have people I know live here so look forward being approved as I’ve never had issues anywhere. Will give another review for outcome which I’m positive is no issues as per the requirements. Good luck!
