Maplewood Mobile Home Park Reviews
This is a very nice place and very well maintained. A very nice place for kids read the signs as you enter the park those signs are there for the safety of all who live there. I'm sure that's why some people want to give a bad rating they must not like the rules but it says no drugs and they do enforce their rules everyone is giving a contract to read and sign upon moving in so all rules apply to all if not followed then it's the managers job to take the step he needs to to make sure the business is run in a safe and proper manner. If you want a true rating talk to some of the many people that has lived in the park for many many years not just the ones that fly by night. Have a nice day everyone!
Sep 18, 2018 · None your NoneMaplewood is very well managed and operated. The rent is comparative and i actually miss the trailer we rented there. We unfortunately had to move because when our third person on the lease went to jail i couldn't make rent by myself so we was evicted. Even through the embarrassing and stressful time then Manager John Carmen went above and beyond to make it less stressful. I have nothing but good things to say about Maplewood and its management team.
Feb 10, 2022 · Mykl BlandfordWe lived there from early 2013 to early 2014. The plumbing was horrible. It was so cold in one of the bedrooms I had to wear a heavy sweater, hat and gloves to be on the computer during the winter. My yard was completely under water for all but appx 2 months during the hottest part of summer. One trailer caught on fire while the residents were out. The fire killed 2 of their 3 dogs. We complained about buzzing wires in the wall of our trailer for 3 months. We were told for the first 2 months there was nothing wrong with the wireing there. The 3rd month they finally pulled the wall out and found the end of a wire discharging electricity that they thought had been disconnected. And don't live there if you're handicaped. They charged us $600.00 to build a ramp they should have supplied to begin with. There were roaches and bed bugs in the trailer, and we were told there were other trailers in the park that had them, too. I wouldn't want to live there again.
Jun 02, 2017 · DarlaIt's not a bad place. But a lot of the homes are older and aren't insulated very well. Electric bills are always high. After this last bill of close to 600 i am looking at other options now.
Feb 08, 2018 · Steve WilliamsVery quiet. Manager’s are nice and care about the park.
