Lakefront RV Park Introduce
For RV travelers in Washington State seeking a dedicated, peaceful retreat with direct access to water recreation, Lakefront RV Park in Moses Lake offers a uniquely focused camping option. Located on a scenic bluff overlooking the eastern shoreline of Moses Lake, this park caters exclusively to RVs and provides a full-hookup experience for both short-term visits and extended stays. Its setting is particularly attractive, featuring a secluded feel created by mature elm, locust, and pine trees, despite being conveniently located near the vibrant city of Moses Lake.
One of the most important distinctions of Lakefront RV Park is its policy of being an adult-focused facility, as children are generally not permitted on the grounds. This policy shapes the atmosphere of the park, making it an ideal choice for Washington residents who prefer a quieter, more mature camping environment. The park focuses entirely on the RV experience, as it does not accommodate tent camping, ensuring all guests arrive with their own self-contained units.
The park is strategically positioned to offer beautiful lake views and quick access to the water, which is its primary selling point. While some guest feedback indicates that the grounds and amenities may be undergoing updates, the core value of the location—its prime lakeside position—remains a consistent draw. This article will provide a factual overview of the park's location, services, available features, and key considerations to help local users in Washington decide if Lakefront RV Park is the right choice for their next Central Washington getaway.

Lakefront RV Park is situated at 2300 W Marina Dr, Moses Lake, WA 98837, USA. This address places the park on the west side of Moses Lake, specifically along West Marina Drive, which boasts excellent waterfront views. The park is often described as being on a scenic bluff, providing a commanding position to watch the activity on the water and enjoy the region’s spectacular sunsets.
The location provides convenient access to Moses Lake's city amenities. By following West Marina Drive, guests can quickly reach the commercial centers, grocery stores, and restaurants in the area. Travel directions from I-90 (Exit 176) are straightforward, providing efficient access for travelers moving through Central Washington.
In terms of accessibility, the park has publicly committed to accommodating guests with mobility needs, which is an essential consideration for all travelers:
- Wheelchair accessible entrance
- Wheelchair accessible parking lot
These provisions help ensure that the communal areas and facilities are accessible to a wider range of guests. The surrounding presence of mature trees—including elm, locust, and pine—not only adds to the park’s visual appeal but also provides much-needed shade during the hot summer months typical of the Columbia Basin.

The park is specifically designed to provide essential services for the modern RV traveler, with an emphasis on full utility hookups and fundamental facilities for comfort and long-term stays.
- Full RV Hookups: The park offers a total of 47 RV sites, all of which are full hookup spots, including water, sewer, and electrical connections (30 and 50 amp service available). This is a significant advantage for self-contained RVs, simplifying the process of setting up camp.
- RVs Only Policy: Lakefront RV Park is exclusively for recreational vehicles; no tent camping is permitted, ensuring a consistent environment and experience for all guests.
- Sanitary Facilities: Essential services include clean, accessible facilities with public restroom and public shower options, all supplied with running water. A laundry facility is also available on site.
- Pet Policy: The park is dog friendly, allowing pets on the property. Guests must adhere to any specific rules regarding leashes and waste cleanup.
- Parking: Ample on-site parking is provided for RVs and accompanying tow vehicles.
- Payment Flexibility: For streamlined transactions, the park accepts major payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards.
- Extended Stay Options: The park accommodates both short-term and extended stay guests, offering flexibility for those who wish to make Moses Lake a temporary home base.
---
The primary attractions of Lakefront RV Park are intrinsically tied to its waterfront setting and mature, shaded environment, offering a distinct experience compared to more open, desert-style campgrounds in the region.
- Prime Lakefront Setting: The most valuable feature is the park's location on a bluff with waterfront sites and beautiful, panoramic views of Moses Lake, particularly known for spectacular sunsets.
- Direct Water Access: The park offers essential facilities for boaters, including an on-site boat launch and boat moorage, enabling guests to easily engage in fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and general boating on the lake.
- Shaded Environment: The presence of mature trees throughout the park provides welcome shade, a critical feature in the hot Central Washington climate, contributing to a more comfortable camping experience.
- Adult-Focused Environment: The policy of limiting access to adults (no children) creates a distinctly quiet and peaceful atmosphere, appealing to RVers seeking a retreat from the family-centric environment of other campgrounds.
- Designated Picnic Areas: The park offers designated picnic areas, allowing guests to enjoy meals and social time outdoors near the water.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- The pictures on Maps from the producers of the website are misleading. I believe they are atleast 5 to 8 years old.The rv location is a prime piece of land. Obviously due to seeing old pics on MAPS, it was well kept. Not so much any more.I read the park is under new management. And I am sure that renting to monthly rvers is a much needed financial source to bring the park up to its well deserved honor. That will take some $$ and time. Our space was evidently a fisherman's dumping grounds or leftvover fish cook for the birds . There were numerous fish heads, carcasses laying on the ground, under our parking space, in the surrounding groundcover. The animal lover next to us, permanent resident, fed the birds and chipmunks. This is fine and well but not so appreciated when they massively deficate on the cement pad, your vehicle and rv.There is a blue building on the property which I am assuming is a former restrooms/showers. Honestly I did not attempt to enter.I am not being prudish but stating facts so others will note that the park is not as represented. Also, we had prepaid and would take a loss $$ if we ' up and left". We were there for the Moses Lake Air Show. Therefore a short stay. The airshow was very good!! June 21 · Becky Heffernan
- Totally awesome place to stay and the manager is easy to work with. I highly recommend. August 13 · Theron Tuttle
- Spent the night here, quite tight getting in, but then my rig is 42 feet long. Power is a bit funky. 15amp did not work at pedestal (was showing that it was giving 43 volts), but 30 amp did. (It had a spot for 50 amp, but the circuit breaker was removed. This was a known 30 amp site only. So no lose there, just an oddity.)Marvelous views! Park appears to be full of working professionals. Smaller rigs will do much better here. May 13 · Russell Albright
- Cool place right off of lake moses it's practically the backyard everyone kinda says to them selfs and the rent was pretty cheap February 23 · Carmen Karnes
- I was here from May to early October. It's a great park on the lake with an area for boat storage and a good boat launch. The park is clean and quite, and the few times I used the showers I found them outdated, but very clean and plenty of hot water. There is not much to do at the park, but for enjoying the lake it is great. Some of the areas near the park are a little sketchy, but I had no problems in 5 months and never felt like there were any issues in the park. The manager and his wife were awesome. I didn't need to have a lot of contact with them, but every single time I did, it was a very pleasant experience, without exception. October 07 · Pat Alford
