Knoll Mobile Home Park Introduce
Knoll Mobile Home Park, situated in Vancouver, Washington, functions as an established, long-term residential community primarily composed of manufactured homes. While categorized as a park that can accommodate Recreational Vehicles (RVs), its historical presence and community structure suggest its main purpose is to provide stable, affordable, and often long-term living solutions for Washington residents. The park has been a fixture in the community for decades, offering a consistent place to live for many local families, with one long-time resident noting their family has lived there for over 20 years. This longevity speaks to a certain stability and reliability within the community structure.
The type of living offered here is centered on practicality and affordability in a growing urban area. Unlike transient campgrounds aimed at short-term vacationers, Knoll Mobile Home Park is geared toward providing a foundational home base, serving an essential need for permanent or extended-stay residents in the Vancouver area. The environment is one of an established residential neighborhood, complete with the typical mix of long-term stability and unique neighborhood characters. The key benefit is access to the Vancouver metro area and its services at a cost often significantly lower than traditional housing options.
The community explicitly welcomes residents with pets, making it a viable option for Washington residents who travel with their dogs and are seeking a long-term place to settle down. Prospective residents should understand that the focus here is on mobile home park living, which typically means paying lot rent for an owned manufactured home, though limited RV spaces may be available for extended stays.

Knoll Mobile Home Park Reviews
The “manager” Teresa Tate makes up rules as she goes. She smokes weed and cigarettes in her house and cleans up when her boss is coming over, while nitpicking everyone around her. She is rude and two faced, and obviously has some sever mental health (anger) issues, as I have had to personally call the cops for laying hands on me. She really shouldn’t be any kind of manager . They must be desperate keeping her around.
September 22 · Michelle ClagettWell got to love this place because people who I love the dearest in years to my heart my family one of my marrying parentals it's got to be home way from homes also my big bro my dad's lived here since I was in Middle School and I'm 35 now definitely has got its interesting characters ups and downs trash just like everybody else but obviously it's very stable living for him because it's been so long
October 28 · Joy WilliamsIt has definitely updated from 5years ago. There was many crackheads that once lived in the trailer park but it has changed from that to Mexicans. Which I mean is better then crackheads.
August 24 · DakotaWell the park makes up its own rules as they go they change them as they go the maintenance guy he sells pot out of his house and he smokes all the time. It's not a good place to go they raise the rent all the time and say it's cuz the water goes up there's always some excuse for. Bad experience
June 22 · Dan JonesExpensive place to live. No manager on site. Responsible for your own grass mowing. The rules are for those who are willing to abide by them.
