I did not own a mobile home here. I rented a room from a resident there. It has become the worst year of my life. The residents are great. This being the most expensive park to rent a space, eventually most will have to move from there. I was told 4 months in.I had to fill out an application. I held onto it them I turned it in to their management, I started I didn’t think I would be staying here much longer because of the harassment I was getting from the owner I rented a room from. .it was so bad that I reported it to them in case anything bad would happen to me I said. I would be looking elsewhere to rent. It took awhile due to my jobs long hours. As I was about to move ,they decided to have my car towed. It had a pass visibly displayed in a proper parking space , their reason was they thought it was a fake pass. No one asked me, talied to me about it ,nothing. I have no doubt that they were working with my landlord. There tow company they contract with are predatory towers. You can only pay cash:against the ca tow law, . Two greedy companies working together to make a buck anyways they can, When I spoke to the owner, because she refused to email,(evidence) I told her all my belongings were in my car.
