Mar 10, 2025 · Heather SmithWe knew something wasn't right about this place because when we went to buy a home here and we were cash buyers and after we sign the contract and give the realtor our check 5min later the realtor call us saying she decided not to sell. I knew for a fact it was because we said we're going to have an inspector to come out. Then day's later we walk around each street and we noticed someone fixing the house we wanted to buy. We kept asking the realtor to give us our money back and she kept giving us the round a round and finally when we got our check they kept 8 thousand dollars of our money. Then time went by and a friend of mine call us needed help because she is disabled and we became her caregiver we noticed at the beginning this place is a drug infested place and cats everywhere. We always hearing gun shots and people stealing and technically you look around and everyone has cameras around their home. One day I was about to walk to the mailbox and a pitbull attack my dog then couple day's later another dog off the leash attack my dog later on that same day some dog came from across the street and bite my husband. Then finally my friend decided to sell her home because she got tired of all the bad luck we all was experiencing like packages from different companies was being stolen and one night I decided to ordered pizza hut and someone came out and took our food. When we left and my friend left and she put her home up for sale someone broke into her home and plus decided to live there until the cop's escort them all out. It's very sad we all experience this and like my mother use to tell me you get what you paid for. Lesson learned and we all moved forward in a very beautiful and peaceful place. Everyone else that live there and probably didn't experience what we went through good luck for them.
May 07, 2025 · Katrina CamachoHorrible place to live, My husband and i bought a trailer here a year ago when the rent increase happened. We wanted to find somewhere fast and family-friendly. We have decided to basically flip this home and leave. It is just not a pleasant place to live at all. The pools are disgusting, rarely ever cleaned, and you could scoop the scum up in your hand, hair, and thousands of other things you can visibly see wearing goggles. They have rules that kids have to be accompanied by an adult, but they always let kids in no adult. They throw things in the pools, including chairs, bicycles, and trash, while yelling profanity constantly. Even the adults show up with beer and smoking weed being loud while some people are just trying to have a nice family day. The playground is vandalized, yet we pay $900 a month for lot rent so everyone else does to. im sure they have more than enough money to fix these issues, but they dont care. This place is overran with stray cats and ducks. Hundreds of cats outside are tearing apart under the houses and garbage because they are hungry. Constant garbage, glass in the roads. People driving atvs and motorcycles very fast through the neighborhood at one point my 7-year-old was hit by a car riding his bike. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The best way to describe it is literally trailer trash central. Im embarrassed to live here, and i can not wait to leave! Updated: Also when it rains it floods and ruins everything of yours outside because they wont service the drains.

Oct 28, 2024 · Susan MansellGerman shepherds loose, running around the neighborhood, scaring people and riding a small motorbike up and down the road very loud Management does not seem to care. This is an ongoing issue.
