Very sad to what's going on here. I have been here over 16 years. The rent goes up every year. Nothing gets done office just ignores all complaints maintenance is terrible. Nobody cleans pool areas. They are running this place to the ground. People are trying to sell but can't because of the rent is so high. Don't waste your time or money on this place Legacy is running our community down to the ground. So many other things that are wrong the list goes on. - James Saulnier
