This mobile home park is a hot mess. The maintenance staff are lazy and seem like they don't know what they're doing when it comes to repairs and simple groundskeeping. They aren't very helpful or handy when it comes to fixing or tending to work orders requested by their renters/tenants even though they have been loyal and had no trouble paying their rent on time. However, the neighbors may seem friendly but are also at fault for the way the park looks due to lack of consideration, respect, manners, and parental guidance. This mobile home park is a bit questionable when it comes to safety due to exposed gas pipes, skunks and many wild, stray cat's. The newer mobile homes that are for rent are just old mobile homes that they have repainted, rebuilt and remodeled so it may still have a lot of issues that may still need to be evaluated by multiple legal inspectors. And the manager and owner of this park seem to be lagging in doing things legally because my relatives who have lived here for many years are paying rent on time every month even though their mobile home is falling apart, what seems like black mold in some areas of their home which is making them sickly, and causing health problems, carpet and flooring needs to be replaced and the porch is falling apart and is in need of repairing and their front door don't close properly which is very worrisome and scary but they refuse to do or say anything cause they can barely afford to pay what they pay for rent now and is worried if these repairs are done they're rent will be raised and in my opinion is ridiculous. This place isn't even worth renting here. If it were my park I'd be ashamed of it.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it's a run down mobile home park. They don't fix anything and if they do they mickey mouse it. Theirs mold and leaks that they just cover with a tarp. They turn the water off without giving notice when they are doing something in mobile home park. Instead of bringing in new homes they need to fix the ones they have now.

They start off great nice. They only do repairs when you are about to fall through the floor .one minute the nice . The manager made me feel like a child more than once. If I tried to explain something or defend myself the she would become rude and made legal threats. I was in the process of getting help with rent.was told the owner was going ahead with an eviction any way .had a lager sum to fix what I owed but they refused it .They new I was trying to get help it ment nothing. There is so much more but I will leave it there.
