Furthermore, being in Titusville means residents are close to the awe-inspiring Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. This unique local attraction provides an unparalleled opportunity to witness space launches and delve into America's space exploration history, an experience truly unique to this part of Florida.
While some reviews raise concerns about lot rent increases and maintenance, it's vital for any potential resident to conduct their own due diligence. Visiting the park, speaking with current residents, and having direct conversations with management about their policies, future plans for improvements, and specific costs are highly recommended. A balanced perspective, incorporating both promotional information and resident feedback, is essential for making an informed decision.
In summary, Intercoastal Retreat offers a strategically located mobile home and RV park option in Titusville, Florida. Mar 06, 2025 · Dez HManager of park has anger issues. I've been here over a year, never lat on rent, always keep to myself, always keep my lot clean. And my rent randomly jumped almost double what it was and got screened at by the management over mosquitoes. Anyone looking to move here look somewhere else because the management will only harass you.
Jun 13, 2023 · Bradley PickersgillThis place is a quiet and layed back, perfect place to park your camper while you enjoy the space coast sights. They also rarely have permanent residences there for rent at a cheap price and Alan the landlord is friendly and always willing to help to the point of bending over backwards to make sure tenants are happy.
Aug 20, 2016 · KWhen I rode up there on my bicycle I was treated very differently then when I rode up there and a nice Ford truck. I guess the first time I came there they thought I was just some broke bum treating me like so. The guy in the golf cart is who I'm talking about. But besides that everyone else I've talked to you there has been great.
