Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk Introduce
For Washington residents seeking a genuine community atmosphere and an affordable housing option in the vibrant Clark County area, **Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk** in Vancouver, WA, offers a compelling solution. Situated just off the busy thoroughfare of Highway 99, this mobile home community presents a retreat from the city's fast pace while maintaining superior access to necessary services and amenities. Known for its smaller size and quiet demeanor, the park fosters an environment where residents often feel a strong sense of belonging, describing it as a **"small, quaint and feels very much like somewhere to call home."**
Hidden Village functions as a residential mobile home park, providing individual lot spaces for manufactured homes. This model of homeownership is increasingly popular across the Washington region, offering the stability and equity of owning a structure at a generally lower cost than site-built homes, combined with the convenience of paying a monthly lot rent for community services and land access. The park’s smaller scale—housing approximately 32 units—contributes directly to its highly valued neighborly feel, where residents can easily recognize and be respectful of one another's property and privacy.
While the positive community spirit is a notable highlight, prospective residents must approach any manufactured home community—including Hidden Village—with due diligence regarding property conditions and maintenance standards. A severe cautionary note from a former resident indicated significant pest issues, specifically **cockroach and ant infestations** in at least one space (Space 29), suggesting a failure in park-wide pest management or lot-specific maintenance at the time of that tenancy. Such issues, while potentially isolated, are serious and require transparent communication and swift action from the park management. Under the Washington State Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW 59.20), park owners are legally required to **maintain the common areas and keep them reasonably clean and safe**, which explicitly includes **exterminating insects or pests**. Tenants are typically responsible for infestations caused within their individual home or premises, highlighting a shared responsibility.
Anyone considering a move to Hidden Village should use the provided contact information to inquire directly about the park's current maintenance schedule, pest control protocols, and the procedures for reporting and remedying any property issues. Ensuring the park and management are actively fulfilling their legal duty to maintain a clean and safe environment is essential for peace of mind and preserving personal property. The overall positive feedback about the community's respectful nature suggests that for many residents, the experience is a satisfying one, but this underscores the importance of the management consistently upholding health and safety standards across all 32 units.

**What is Worth Choosing Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk**
For those in Washington looking for an affordable ownership model combined with a highly convenient location, Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk is worth serious consideration. The core appeal lies in its size, which cultivates a **quaint, intimate community where residents feel comfortable and at home**. This neighborly respect, highlighted in resident feedback, is invaluable and often missing in larger, more anonymous housing developments.
However, the decision to choose this park must be balanced against the necessity of **verified, high-quality management and maintenance**. While the park is exceptionally well-located—providing easy access to shopping, I-5, and quality healthcare—potential buyers must ensure that the management team consistently upholds the standards required by state law. Specifically, applicants should inquire about the park’s current protocols for **exterminating pests in common areas** and verify that any reports of infestations have been thoroughly and permanently resolved. Washington state laws grant tenants certain rights regarding a landlord's duty to maintain safe, clean common areas; understanding and confirming the park’s compliance with these duties is the key to a successful tenancy here. Ultimately, for the buyer prioritizing a quiet, well-situated home with a strong community feel in Vancouver, Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk offers great potential, provided the operational health and safety standards are professionally maintained.

March 08 · Nicole CookCockroach infested! Do not rent space 29!!! It’s majorly infested with cockroaches and ants!!! There’s no getting rid of them. My family lost 90% of our stuff because she lied to us about the bug problem. It turns out the family before us lost all their belongings as well due to the same issue! Disgusting!!! Then they turned around knowing about the infestation and put the stuff in a Public Storage unit. And then turned around and auctioned it off to unknowing people!!! Is that really what anyone wants to deal with??? Why do you have to give a star in order to be able to write a review? They don’t deserve my 1 Star!!!
May 07 · Jacquelynn JonesI lived in this trailer park for 5 yrs. The people are nice they keep up their yards they keep their area clean unfortunately it gets mistaken for the trailer park that is separated from hiddenvillage mobile homes by a car lot.. They are two very different places calahans trailer park
August 20 · Kierra FiskeCompletely under-cared-for. Sugar ants and cockroaches are abundant, needs some renovation on every structure and installation of anti-bug plants. Needs a security guard of some sort to lessen problems.
March 17 · Casper SteeleIf you have ever seen Trailer Park Boys. This is Sunnyvale!!!! Take a drive through there. It's a loop. It an experience you won't forget. It should be a theme park called section 8 land.
