Gusville Mobile Home & RV Park Reviews
Nice Landlady/Owner, Pam, and nice office manager/owner Tara. Christian values, and very reasonably priced. Do not mistake Christian for replacing business obligations. Stickler about rent, but very affordable, so there should be know problems paying. Every trailer is thoroughly gone through and cleaned, painted if need be and ready to move in after last tenants leave.. Storage sheds on site. Sweet people, but make no mistake, rent is due by the 4th or late penalty. Speed limit 10 miles per hour, strictly enforced. Quiet neighbors. Been here since 2016, and find it to be a pleasant experience.
Aug 17, 2021 · Deborah Kaye Trowbridge (Pink Angel 2022)This is an out of the city place to go visit friends that live there. The road that goes through the park is very, very wholey n bumpy. U can't go faster then a about 5 miles an hour.
Apr 08, 2024 · Robin HammondCool. It has habitations and what not. I suppose you could probably live there if you gave whoever owns the place some kind of payment each month - or an outright trade for something higher in value. Maybe they'll barter for some emus or alpacas. Not sure though. Possibly some gently used pacaderms. Although, now that I think about it, they would probably prefer the United States Domestic currency instead as then they'd be able to use it to purchase or procure whatever they desire far easier. I like turtles.
Apr 24, 2022 · Ryan ThrockmortonIt was a great places to live untill the owner and her daughter showed who they truly are they are all about their money and using old parts and wood to fix trailers but still charging 900$ a month plus your water bill so it has changed not what it was first moving in here
May 24, 2022 · R Boggs (Ryry)The roads are unbelievably rough and the limbs on the trees hang so low that they damage the RV's when they travel in the park. The management team are illiterate and in many ways just plain ignorant. Don't expect your deposit to be returned to you either. They are penny pinching crooks. The only good thing about the park is the shade from the trees.
