Estacada Mobile Village Introduce
For Oregon residents seeking affordable housing and a friendly community atmosphere outside the dense urban centers, **Estacada Mobile Village** presents a viable option in the beautiful Clackamas County area. Located in the charming, small city of Estacada—known as the gateway to the scenic Mount Hood National Forest—this mobile home park offers a tranquil, country park setting. With approximately 50 spaces, it is designed to be a small, manageable community, catering to both families and seniors looking to retire in a quieter environment.
Estacada Mobile Village operates as a standard mobile home park, providing two primary housing services: renting the home sites (space rentals) for owner-occupied manufactured dwellings, and renting manufactured homes directly to tenants (home rentals). This flexibility provides different entry points for individuals and families in the Oregon housing market. The community is designated as a **Family Park**, welcoming residents of all ages, which is a major draw for those with school-aged children, given the park’s proximity to local schools.
However, prospective residents should be aware that, like any property, the park has experienced maintenance issues that have been noted in public feedback. Specifically, the internal roads or driveways have been described as being in poor condition—appearing "dirty" and rough enough to potentially cause damage to vehicles. Furthermore, some residents have noted that while the overall atmosphere is friendly, the close proximity of mobile homes and narrow driveways can be a physical challenge for navigation. It is strongly recommended that any potential resident visit the property to assess the current condition of the community's common areas and infrastructure before making a commitment to rent a home or a lot.
### Introduction / Overview
Estacada Mobile Village is a conventional mobile home park situated in the peaceful environment of Estacada, Oregon. It serves as a source of relatively affordable living for individuals and families within Clackamas County. The community is set up as a **Family Park**, meaning it is open to all ages, and it hosts a mix of residents, including families utilizing the local school district and numerous seniors who have chosen the area for retirement. The park’s philosophy leverages its small size (approximately 50 spaces) to maintain a neighborly atmosphere, where residents are described as generally friendly and helpful to one another.
The management offers essential housing solutions by making both the manufactured homes themselves and the spaces upon which they sit available for rent. This dual offering helps accommodate different financial situations for Oregonians needing housing. The environment is promoted as a place where one can "wake up to the fresh air and smell of pine trees everyday," connecting residents directly to the natural beauty of the Northwest. The village is positioned close to the Clackamas River and the extensive opportunities for outdoor recreation that the Mount Hood National Forest provides, blending convenient living with an easy escape to nature.

From this location, residents have relatively quick access to the small downtown area of Estacada, which offers local shops, food options, and the Senior Center. For families, the proximity to the local school district is a notable benefit. For outdoor enthusiasts, the village acts as a perfect launch point for trips to the Clackamas River for fishing (salmon, steelhead, and trout), as well as to the numerous lakes and streams in the area. While enjoying the country feel, residents are still within a manageable driving distance to the greater Portland metropolitan area for specialized services, medical care, and employment opportunities.
A key accessibility feature highlighted for the property is the provision of **Wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, restroom, and seating**, indicating an effort to accommodate residents and visitors with mobility challenges in the common areas.

### What is Worth Choosing
Estacada Mobile Village is worth choosing for Oregonians prioritizing **affordability and a quiet, country-style, all-ages community** in Clackamas County. Its unique offering of both home rentals and space rentals makes it an accessible option for many. The small, 50-space size generally promotes a close-knit environment where neighbors are genuinely friendly.
However, prospective tenants should be fully aware of the reported challenges before moving in. While the community can be clean and manicured in some parts, there have been credible reports of the overall environment appearing neglected in others, and most critically, the internal **roads and driveways are noted to be narrow and in poor condition**. These infrastructure issues could lead to personal vehicle damage and difficult navigation within the park. Therefore, a thorough on-site visit to inspect the current condition of the roads and the specific space for rent or lease is a mandatory step before committing, ensuring the trade-off between the rural charm and the infrastructure challenges is acceptable to the prospective Oregon resident.

Estacada Mobile Village Reviews
Dirty. And the road/driveway into the park and around it will take out your tires ans suspension. It seriously looks like nobody does anything around there anymore. It used to be so pretty in there. Now it looks like a bunch of slobs. There's the occasional nice place..till you look next door. Just sad.
April 04 · Michelle EllisGreat little quiet place. People are really friendly and helpful. Plus they keep it very clean and manicured. Only drawback is that the mobile homes are really close together and the road/driveway is extremely narrow.
February 16 · Kari BennettEstacada always nice city. lots of losers have made quite some enemies though. All in all not bad would recommend, nice people definetly!
January 07 · Mauricio SosaIt's a stale place with horrendous speed bumps. If there are kids in The lower portion you wouldn't know as their bikes make too much noise so they aren't allowed to ride.
May 17 · Sherry CaseIt took a bit to get it to work again but, I got a cool little air compressor from a pile of free (according to the sign on it) junk by the road!
