Cresta Mobile Park Reviews
I’ve lived at Cresta for 5 years and have never had anything stolen from my yard or home. I’ve been very happy here. I have never been afraid or scared here and I have made many friends in the park . The majority of the people who live here are very nice people. Of course where ever you live you are apt to run into a couple of people who are in need of help . Whether it’s addiction, alcohol or mental health . I planned on staying here until I died but things change and I will be moving to follow my grandkids. I will miss all the people that I have met here.

May 01, 2025 · D BI have lived at Cresta Mobile Park since 2016. I have witnessed the owners and management of this park ignoring the health, safety and welfare of the senior citizens who live here.To begin with, there is a constant problem with the homeless here. They come in this park easily from 190th Street , and especially at night and on the weekends. They bring drugs and stolen property with them and break into vacant homes and the laundry room belonging to the park. Also, there have been several drug related deaths at this park since I moved in.The management company refuses to have an on-site manager who lives here and can deal with the night time and weekend homeless problem. The on-site manager is only here 4 hours a day in the morning during the week. The police are here constantly and state over and over that only the manager can remove the homeless from this park. So nothing is solved over and over....Health wise, the management ignores the cockroach infestation here caused by some residents here who are not maintaining a clean residence. In addition, the owners of this park are displaying a conflict of interest by building their own houses here to sell at a very large mark up price. They are ignoring our needs to do only what is best for selling their homes, which includes minimizing the problem and silencing the messengers who try to tell the truth about this park. They even had my first review removed. They are trying to silence me.Several incedences have occurred where the management and/ or the owners of this park try to do construction here without proper local permits. They have been reported, fined and sent correction notices from the city of Redondo Beach because of this. Finally, the road through this park is extremely worn down. Instead of reduing it, the management here just keeps raising our rent annually while ignoring our health, safety, and welfare.
Aug 31, 2024 · Jennifer PapayansThey don't have any amenities for tenants. The monthly space rental fees are, however, very cheap.Rentals for people aged 45 and up. Anyone younger cannot reside there. Tenants are mostly friendly and very neighborly. From what I've been told, management is rude, especially towards visitors who park along the wall in the designated guest parking area, which isn't exactly what most consider adequate guest parking. There are many nicer mobile parks in surrounding areas, but none with lower month to month fees. Cresta is about a mile away from the beach. Close to shops and grocery store. There are many nearby conveniences for those who live there.
