Older park with some homes in need of attention but having a clubhouse, laundromat and pool are nice amenities. Some older portions of the Park have only 50 amps service but upgrades to 100 amps are possible as newer homes are brought in. No fiber yet so internet speed is sadly slow (10-20 mbps). Still, one of the nicer senior parks in the region!

Would swim in the beautiful pool, hike up the water tower on the hill, and walk around the lakes. Neither of the Lakes had homes around them when we started coming there . Those were added later
