Not to mention the person that "Run" it allows her son, and his girlfriend to start problems with all the Tennants there. Just yesterday her son Ryan followed my brother into the trailer park and rammed his car into my brother's car with my 7 year old niece in it, and they have been stalking my brother for months. They also have a Camera point at my brother's trailer, and there is nothing they can do. They also "run" the trailer park on Deforest. I repeat DONT PUT YOURSELF IN THAT POSITION. Please save your mental health, and just don't do it! Especially if you have kids also!

Her son who also lives in the park gets away with blasting speakers in the middle off the night and other bs. I had to call the police several times to quite the noise. When she gets upset she will find something wrong with your home and demand it be fixed in an unreasonable amount of time. Her brother will offer to do the work but he charges you a ridiculous amount of money. The park does NOT take care of the trees or the drains on a regular basis, they also don't call back when you do have a question. The main office is rude and will tell you to talk to your park manager if there is a problem, which doesnt work when she IS the problem. I absolutely would NOT recommend this park to anyone and I will never live in a park associated with Buckeye Mobile Homes again. If you are looking for a nice park in Niles this is not it. This place is trash. Go to the park off of Robbins Ave its much nicer and less trashy then the people who run this place.
