Moved here in August of 2023 to finish nursing school as part of a scholarship in my company! Outside of not following through with things like promises of having storm doors placed that was supposed to be done when I moved in, as my home was brand new! Now causing water to leak into the brand new floors when it rains and hoping I am not held responsible for the damages. 2 management have left since I moved here. There is no communication as to any changes when new management take over or leave.I contacted the current manager Jennifer twice and now her supervisor Kate before I could finally get another garbage can as they changed garbage companies, we were notified a day in advance. Don’t let your child fall at the playground and get a concussion because then you will start getting park violation notices over a dandelion weed growing in your yard regardless of the heat index being over 100 F all week. Yet the remainder of the grass is down to the dirt. Be careful here if they see an opportunity to harass you to try to get you move out so they can raise the rent cost of the property they will. It’s clearly all about money here and they don’t care about you or your children! After speaking to the manager about the lawn issue including the photos showing the grass as I was confused what the issue was and my son had been mowing the lawn every few days, including the part of yard past our sidewalk where the village signs are all year, I was told if I don’t like the rules, I could move! This is how you get treated by the current manager. All they care about is money and yet they won’t follow through on maintenance promises they make on their end. I have never in my 25 years as a renter had such terrible experiences as I have living here. And I moved here from living in my last residence over 5 years. This one not even been a full year yet! - Cami
