The park’s emphasis is on lot management and community oversight.

This indicates a commitment to clear communication, helpfulness, and a deep understanding of park operations and resident needs. Responsive management is crucial for addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth living experience.
- Reasonable Lot Rents (Generally): While individual experiences with rent increases may vary, one resident noted that "Lot rents are reasonable too." This suggests an effort to maintain competitive pricing for the land lease, which is a key factor for many seeking affordable housing in Maryland. Prospective residents should always confirm current rates.
- Maintenance of Common Areas: Though not explicitly detailed in reviews, mobile home parks are typically responsible for the upkeep of common areas, including roads and shared spaces. A well-managed park usually ensures these areas are maintained to a reasonable standard, contributing to the overall appeal and safety of the community.

Hands down the best park and park manager in the area! I have spoken to many park managers in the area and Jaime is by far the most knowledgeable and transparent! Lot rents are reasonable too.
May 14, 2025 · Yan SapoznickI thought that this would be a nice, quiet place. Reasonable price and a safe environment. I will be there 2 years in July, and my rent has gone up $ 100 dollars. So in 2 more years, I'll be paying $ 1000 dollars a month for ground rent. There have been 2 shootings. Save your money and go to a better park. If you're going to pay that kind of money, they should at least have a community center, playground, or pool. This place has nothing.
Jun 11, 2024 · beverly haydenWe have been living in the community for almost a year and we really enjoy it. We only had one incident when we first moved in however it can happen anywhere. You definitely have a sense of community living here. Jaime at the management office is very responsive anytime of the day including weekends.

Jun 28, 2024 · Brina LaBarzWe love where we live! Due to health conditions, we realized we needed to live somewhere with one floor. We found Biscayne Bay through friends that live here. It is quiet most of the time, and the area is kept clean. Our neighbors are wonderful, and there is a sense of community.
