Oct 29, 2020 · Devin LalasThe park has seen much improvement compared to several years ago. It costs a pretty penny to move in (1st, last, & 2 mo security), but it provides both sides a cushion so to speak and has probably helped improve occupency quality. For the area the rent amount is in the ball park. If you want a bunch of amenities there's places that charge more He's got a great capentryman working for him now fixing up the units between tenants who does an outstanding job from what I've seen. The owner has installed numerous cameras throughout the property, many powered via solar, which makes safety far from a concern. Plus, it's very quiet at night and peaceful during the day, really, besides being close to 19 and the hospital being so close by. I suppose those can be looked at as positives for those who need to commute or concerned about quick medical response. You can't beat the bus stop right outside the entrance. It'd be great if lot numbers would be accurate on Google, but I can't really fault the park for that. Although they are a little oddly numbered, there are signs for each one. I've seen the owner really try to help people out until they try taking advantage of him or won't step up and help themselves. It does lack any area to let dogs run, which is disappointing as it would be a great cheap amenity to start and basically cost free to maintain as long as he kept a camera on the area to ensure people cleaned up like they should on their own or risk being banned or something like that because let's face it people need to be pushed sometimes. Overall as long as you intend to pay your rent and you shoot a reminder if you feel like something hasn't been fixed fast enough (he has been short a maintenance person) it'll get taken care of and its not a bad place to be. You can pay a couple hundred more to live below someone or next to someone or you can use that money to enjoy life for once or start buying not only what you need but some of what you want too for a change.
