Treasure Island River Camping

575 River Rd, Pipersville, PA 18947, USA

5.0
Excellent experience. We've been here a few times now, and we will always be back. The customer service is spot on, and the camp grounds are well maintained. The island is ..well, a treasure! A few suggestions: if using a lean to, bring a bug net. If booking a tent, keep in mind that the latrines for the tent spots are a little bit of a walk away, so maybe not good synergy if camping with kids. But, the one tent site on the far end of the island (its labeled as the stockade on the map) has an amazing sunrise vibe and is next to the best swimming spot. :) Definitely a "couples" sort of site. Past that, this was a great place to take the family. Thanks for such a good time! - Meagan Flickinger-Mihaly

Promotions or Special Offers

Treasure Island River Camping, operating as a unique and largely group-focused outdoor destination (especially for scout units), structures its offerings around program fees and group bookings rather than typical commercial promotions for individual stays. However, value is often built into their pricing models and commitment to a comprehensive experience.

While specific "promo codes" for broad public discounts may not be widely advertised due to its nature, groups (like scout troops) often benefit from package deals that include access to various activities and facilities for their stay. The "mini-summer camp program" offered during weekend camping, for instance, provides a bundled set of activities without separate charges for each. For groups, the pricing would likely be based on unit size and duration, ensuring a cost-effective way to access a private island camping experience. Any "special offers" would typically be communicated directly to affiliated organizations or through their booking process. It's common for such unique venues to offer incentives for booking larger groups or for extended stays. For tubing adventures offered by Treasure Island Outfitters (which shares the island), there might be packages that combine tubing with island access or picnic areas, offering a complete day-trip experience. To ascertain the most accurate and up-to-date pricing, any group discounts, or specific offers that might apply to your intended visit, it is highly recommended to contact Treasure Island River Camping directly. Their staff can provide personalized information and help you plan your adventure.
