★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just made a reservation for a lodge at Rushmore Shadows with Roy. He was amazing, best customer experience I have had since Travel Resorts took over. Thanks so much!We have been coming out to Rushmore Shadows for years, just love the place and the Black Hills
June 23 · Ken FudgeI have had awesome experience working with this group! Sharon onsite at Sycamore Lodge is wonderful! Roy helped with our first booking and made it so simple and was extremely patient. Looking forward to the places we can go!
June 25 · Eunice HoeflingScheduling a reservation through the chat. Aaron was very helpful and patient and picked back up with me after we got disconnected when I went to review the site map for the available sites. Resumed the chat with me and also assisted with password reset. Great customer service!!
June 30 · Timothy RichThis review is not for the campground, though it is my favorite, but a review of a chat with a customer service rep named Aaron. I was having a heck of a time getting a reservation made, and TWICE in one day Aaron came thru for me. Patient, kind, and fast. Give that man a RAISE!
July 01 · Brenda McCannthis place is a scam. my parents bought a membership back in 2011 it is well payed off. my dad was diagnosed with cancer in 2023 so we went to minimize our bills and i was going through his accounts and found this payment, we reached out to cancel and they said someone would reach out to cancel and never heard from them. two years later my parents are STILL paying this monthly payment. we haven’t been in 10 years. we got on the phone today with travel resorts and they told us it’s a 30 year contract that they signed. my parents asked for a signed copy with their signatures to be sent to them and they refused to send it to them. they instead said that they can pay it off early and pay $3999. all in all this place is sketchy and lies to people because they aren’t making any money and have to scam people into making money. wouldn’t recommend going here.
