Lake Seminole is a vast 37,500-acre reservoir formed by the confluence of the Chattahoochee and Flint Rivers, which is where the "Three Rivers" name originates, along with the Spring Creek. This unique hydrological feature makes the park a prime destination for water-based activities.
For Floridians, accessing Three Rivers State Park is generally straightforward. Its lakeside position means direct access for boating and fishing enthusiasts, making it a highly desirable spot for those looking to enjoy the vast expanse of Lake Seminole.
While the immediate surroundings are natural and serene, the nearby town of Sneads offers basic amenities, and larger towns like Marianna are within a reasonable driving distance for more extensive supplies or dining options if needed. The park's location truly offers a blend of secluded natural beauty with enough accessibility to make your camping trip comfortable and convenient.

Three Rivers State Park - Campground Reviews
Our stay at Three Rivers was short, but we got a good feel for the place. We are snowbirds that use our RV to avoid bad weather and see our great country. Three Rivers was a stay for us in-between to longer stay parks. I would not recommend this park for a full 2 week stay. Most of the other campers were weekenders and not really aware of the unwritten rules of camping. We experienced radios all day and night, kids running through our site, and dogs off leash. At the higher end parks, this doesn't happen. The ranger and staff were all nice it's just at $16 a night you get some riffraff. The last hurricane did a number on the forest, but it is recovering. The lake views are nice. For us, we prefer more privacy and less noise.
