★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This campground made some major improvements since we were here two years ago. The new section is really nice with newly paved roads and level gravel sites, there is also a small playground and very small dog park in the new section as well. Our favorite staff member was by far Sharon, she went above and beyond our whole visit and always stopped to give our dogs a treat.
May 30 · Kelsey BarbareI had an annual membership for two years at this Thousand Trail location. In September 2024, arriving at my campsite it was noticeable that many things of mine outside and inside of my camper were missing, including a busted lock on my door. Another member near me came and told me that they saw the man in the site next to me taking these things and even reported it to the office. NOT ONCE did the office notify me that this was going on or a report was made to me about this occurrence. NOT EVEN a few months later THE SAME MAN and camper was allowed back into Thousand Trails for this to happen to others. As a single woman this is very scary and unsafe for the community all around. I’m very disappointed in the staff and corporate for providing criminals a chance to reenter this location.
July 13 · Savannah FieldsRV park. Nice and considerate staff. New (1 year ago) upgraded and level sites with open sky for those with Starlink Internet. Quiet, comfortable and well maintained. No store or propane on site. If you like a restaurant with a lake view and good food at reasonable prices, try the Pelican Landing nearby.
June 26 · 1: Mitch TerrusaThe cabin we stayed in was decent. They need to repair it for leaking, though. A rain storm caused water to leak into it near the door and created standing water by the bedroom door in the hall area. There are a lot of potholes in the roads. These have continued to get much worse the past few years. Also, the large pool by the main lodge was not open. It's the last few days of June, and it's not open yet? The other small pool fills up with people quickly. Our stay this time was a bit disappointing because of these things.
June 27 · Mister SNice park, new section is all full hookups. Not much for kids to do, 1 small play gym, so not many kids. Sites are nicely spaced. Laundry room is in the old section, always needs sweeping/cleaning.
