South Shore Campground

Pioneer, CA 95666, USA

4.0
I have been coming to this campground for at least 25 years straight. We get the triple site and the site next door for even more space. If you go during the week there are very few campers. 😀Bear River Lake is beautiful. Sometimes we bring our boat, but we always bring our paddle boards. We bring the dogs and they love to swim. The campground has water spigots (not at each site), no electricity, and vault toilets.Note: There is no cell service at all. You would have to drive a few miles to Bear River Resort to use your phone…..which is why we love it here. - Cindy Rinaldi
