4.0
This is a nice place to stay for a while. No Wi-Fi and cell signal is spotty but that is part of the unplugged charm. The cabins have a kitchen and bring with you what you want to eat, including coffee unless you plan on going to the on-site restaurant serving basically burger affair. There is a small c-store which is also the office. The Cabins are relatively close to each other and people park cars in between. There are fire pits and people like to sit out late and talk/party. This can get loud but was not super obnoxious. Cars can be loud when started up right on the other side of the wall.I am sure there is a lot more that can be done here like making use of the lake, boating and fishing. I was here in October and it was very quiet the first half of the week but people began to show up in the second half.Friendly folks and great views. Just up the road is a beach and picnic type area. In front of the lakefront cabins there are boat docks. - Chandler Briggs
