Poplar Point B Loop Campground Reviews
Unfortunately, we arrived a few weeks out from the tropical storm that hit. Water levels were up 13 ft, and all of the beach areas were closed.Obviously, we were all disappointed because 2 months earlier, we had the best time there. It was a 4 day washout for us. We will try again next year and hope for a better outcome.I would totally recommend.
Sep 10, 2024 · Bill SchachteStaying here has been a nice experience, restrooms are old and not very clean like some have mentioned but they are totally usable.I have included pictures so you can see what you are getting into.Loop B seems to have the worst bathhouse from what a lady told us there.
Sep 23, 2024 · Joe NCIt's a nice quiet campground, the shower rooms could use a little attention but are very usable, It's also close to stores and other attractions.
Jul 20, 2023 · John HillOld, dirty, even mouldy bathrooms. Add in an insistence that you cannot enter before 3 pm even when we knew (and told them) our campsite was emptyHighly disappointing. Not representative of the other NC State Parks we have stayed in
